01 The Educator's Burden

I am grateful for every teacher in the world because I believe in my heart that teaching is by far the noblest of professions. However, I see what others don't always see. The education field is tough business. Teachers wear too many hats, they don't have the support they need. Building and district leaders are expected to have all the answers all the time, and the stress levels of teachers and leaders is enormous.

02 My Plan

I can help. How?
Good coaches don't just hand out "answers." I will coach you to find your answers and perform your best in the role that you are filling. Coaching is so powerful that it can transform your practice in ways that we will never forget and help you be the educator or leader you've always wanted to be.

03 The Elevation Model

Through my training and knowledge of instructional coaching I have curated solutions that work. The Elevation Model allows you to audit yourself on the five pillars of elevation, set goals, and make changes. This model of coaching will allow you to discover and unlock your hidden talents by introducing you to teaching methods, classroom management strategies, leadership methods, and more.

The 5 Pillars of The Elevation Model:
 I. A Mindset of Mastery
II. Intentional Presence
III. Instructional Ownership
IV. Dialogical Excellence
V. Reflective Practice

5 Pillars of Elevation Coaching
1
A Mindset of Mastery
I Believe
-
that growth is always possible
-
I am not at my "peak"
-
I am in a state of becoming
-
my challenges are opportunities to grow

2
Intentional Presence
I Speak
-
to myself with consistent and extreme respect
-
to others with consistent and extreme respect
-
with language that builds up

3
Instructional Ownership
I Take
-
proactive ownership of my professional learning, not waiting for "district-approved mandated" training
-
ownership of my practices and responsibility for improving them
-
opportunities to seek out the specific tools and strategies that move me to mastery

4
Intentional Presence
I Am Aware
-
of how I enter every space
-
that I should show up with clear and clearly positive intentions
-
of the energy that I bring into every space and how that presence influences the people and culture of that space

Reflective Practices
I Review
-
every situation looking for data that can inform me of my practices
-
with kindness each situation as a chance to reflect on how to improve my practice

"This is a journey. Don't go it alone."
