Meet Wesley Glosson

01 The Educator's Burden

I am grateful for every teacher in the world because I believe in my heart that teaching is by far the noblest of professions. However, I see what others don't always see. The education field is tough business. Teachers wear too many hats, they don't have the support they need. Building and district leaders are expected to have all the answers all the time, and the stress levels of teachers and leaders is enormous.

Through my training and knowledge of instructional coaching I have curated solutions that work. The Elevation Model allows you to audit yourself on the five pillars of elevation, set goals, and make changes. This model of coaching will allow you to discover and unlock your hidden talents by introducing you to teaching methods, classroom management strategies, leadership methods, and more.
